Here is Jena's sketch of Grandpa Dale, Vicky, and Chief Ross. All three of these characters take on slightly different roles in "City Under Siege". Titan's role with Vicky and Chief Ross takes a turn and Grandpa Dale plays a much bigger part that reflects more of the big role he plays in Michael's life.
